At thinking different this is kept simple:
Initial coaching consultation - £95.00
This will last 2.5 - 3 hours and may be all that's necessary to resolve the issue.
Follow-up coaching sessions - £45.00 p/hr.
Smoking/drinking cessation - £95.00 complete package (up to 3 hours). If follow-up sessions are required, these are £45.00 p/hr.
For other issues, such as weight loss, please enquire as this will depend on the number of sessions required.

Sessions
All sessions involve a conversation technique designed to help you get to the underlying reason for your issue. This conversation informs me as to the correct NLP interventions to undertake. Most sessions will end with hypnosis in order to seal the change.
The intervention(s) chosen for you could be one of many - a reframing technique, visualisation techniques, limiting belief eradication, Fast Phobia technique, like to dislike, Swish pattern, Parts Integration. All of these work to help create the change necessary for you to move forward with clarity and focus.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a means of inducing deep relaxation and altered, or heightened, awareness. When we are so deeply relaxed, we are much more receptive to ideas and suggestions. The person delivering our hypnotherapy speaks directly to our unconscious mind once we are in this relaxed state, or trance. Our unconscious minds control us to the point of promoting unwanted behaviour which it thinks is beneficial for us. If we smoke, for instance, we may have started in order to feel part of the crowd, and it made us feel good. Our unconscious mind keeps us smoking because it believes we still need to feel part of the crowd in order to feel good, even though that need may have diminished years ago. Hypnosis involves talking to the unconscious and suggesting it continues to look after us, but in different ways.
Everything we do that we don't 'think' about, like driving, walking, responding to situations in a certain way, is governed by our unconscious mind as a result of patterns we have learned. If we change the detail the unconscious mind has about that pattern, we can change the behaviour.
