Team coaching with NLP
At the core of most performance-related issues within organisations is a clash of values. Even in teams where everyone is doing the same job for the same outcome, there will be differences in how the job, its stated outcomes and motivations/behaviour of others will be perceived by individuals. This can lead to tension within relationships in the workplace, grievances, poor performance and more.
Values-based team coaching helps team members to identify the variety of 'levels' from which people operate and helps to develop an understanding of differences, rather than allowing such differences to cause tension. As a result, the capacity for emotional literacy in the workplace can be nurtured, and this greater understanding and tolerance serves to promote better relationships and improved performance.
Values evolve in response to our environments and form the basis of our beliefs about the world. The different ways in which we see the world can have remarkable effects on the way we interact with each other. Through use of NLP presuppositions and Graves Values Levels, this coaching helps individuals to take responsibiity for these differences and to find ways to connect with their fellow team members in order to move forward together towards shared goals.
Values-based coaching with NLP can also be used on a 1:1 basis with individuals in organisations to help them improve own performance, get past 'brick walls' and realise their full potential.
Sessions are half- or full-day and incorporate a mix of Why? What? How? and So What? in order to 'speak' to all representational systems and learning styles.
For session fees, please contact me as these will depend on your requirements, session length, nature of organisation, preparation time, etc.
