Put simply, NLP is a toolbox, filled with gadgets for the mind.
Neuro refers to the brain
Linguistic refers to our language
Programming refers to our behaviour.
When these work together effectively, anything is
possible.
The thing is, we spend our lives believing that we are at the mercy
of what goes on around us. We don't realise the power we have and
we don't realise how we use it. Everything we do, every response
we make is a result of choice.
Sounds crazy doesn't it? But we process every event we experience - from the mundane to the mindblowing - in our own unique way and
we attach filters to it, filters that then determine our responses.
Have you ever had a conversation with somebody about something
you both experienced and your 'take' is so different that it feels like
that person was at a different event? That's because of those filters ... and those filters lead to choices. If we're happy, we've chosen to be.
If we're angry, it's also a choice.
The problem is that often our choices lead to consequences we'd
rather avoid. Take money, for instance. Would you like more?
What's holding you back? Your job? Lack of opportunity? Home life?
Or are you just not the kind to make money? All of these
responses are indicative of the way we choose to feel
about ourselves and our opportunities. What immense power
we have!
NLP coaching can show you how to harness your power to change
the way you think about even the most difficult areas of your life
and adjust your responses so that you get the results you have
only ever dreamed of.
And the beauty is ... you can use it for anything.
NLP coaching can help you to change, to rid yourself of
negativity in your life, to be happier, to be wealthier. And it
can achieve these things in a short amount of time.
